The enquiries we frequently receive are regarding the pricing , delivery schedules and cost of shipping for our products . Below you will find more information on our materials and services ; however , we will be pleased to answer any of the queries pertaining to our business .

	QUALITY : All our tiles are made with finest raw materials and involves efforts of many awarded artisans and crafters . Being made painstakingly and carefully by centuries old handcrafted process. However , Variations in shade and finish of hand made tiles are inherent and give tile it's character . Slight surface imperfections and bumps can occur naturally during the firing process of tiles . These imperfections are not defects and are distinguishing features that add to their beauty and unqiueness and in no way affect the integrity of the tiles . The tiles are literally works of art and will vary slightly in color and shape .

	DELIVERY SCHEDULES : All our products are handcrafted and , not mass produced and not stored in quantities . Sometimes , the products can also be in short supply due to the rhythms of human work . There are , therefore , some occasions when the products ordered must be specially made . This can cause time constraints in the shipment and require 4 to 6 weeks for delivery . In that event , you will be contacted and informed of the nature of the delay . Personalized and custom-made requests require 6 to 8 weeks for completion and delivery .

	PRICING : For Inland sales , all are quotes are Ex-Warehouse and includes packaging . For overseas enquiries , we generally quote on FOB , Indian Port basis which include all costs up to consignment 's loading on board a marine vessel or an aircraft. Such costs at the port of loading as they occur on account of inland transportation, handling, documentation, customs & port clearance, etc. are therefore built in the FOB, prices mentioned by us.

	*SAMPLES :* We understand that before Ordering , you might always want to hold the tiles and feel the texture or match the shades . However , As our tiles can be used individually as works of art in many capacities ( i.e. trivets , coasters , decoration hanging accent tiles ) , we do not give out retail samples free of cost . You are required to place a sample order and we can quote a subsidised price , subject to ready availability of tile size and design .

	*PAYMENT :* We require 100% payment credited to our Bank Account before the goods are delivered . For all overseas orders upto US$5000 , a wire transfer is preferrable for the full amount . For larger orders , 50% of the cost is required thru transfer alongwith order confirmation and the balance may be accepted by Letter of Credit at Sight . This is subject to a mutual agreement , depending upon the nature of the order . For all Inland supplies , payment is accepted thru Demand Draft payable at Jaipur or deposit to our ICICI Bank Account .

	SHIPPING : We provide multi-options for shipping . The Buyer can opt for : a) AIR SHIPMENT (DOOR DELIVERY THROUGH COURIER, e.g. FedEx) b) AIR SHIPMENT (THROUGH COMMERCIAL AIRLINES) Port to Port Basis and c) MARINE SHIPMENT , after considering the cost , quantity & urgency of their requirements . Buyer may appoint his/her shipping agency to arrange shipment from Jaipur through the agency's counterpart located in India. Else we may engage our shipping agency for the work. Please note that our FOB prices are based on pre-shipment costs we may incur in case our shipping agency is engaged. Since shipping cost depends on many logistical inputs and varies greatly from place to place and time to time, it may not be possible to quote shipping costs here , we request you to contact us in case accurate shipment cost is needed at any given time . In order to do this , we will require to know the quantities ; your preferred mode of shipment , your destination port alongwith the zipcode . For all inland sales , we provide services of all leading national carriers ; else the customer can forward us their preferred mode of transportation .
